Aisle markers on every row or every other row, petal-lined runners or low clusters along the floor.
Arch or altar
Your focal point — a floral arch, a pair of altar urns or grounded arrangements framing the two of you.
Chairs & pews
Small posies, greenery and ribbon tied to the aisle chairs or the ends of each pew.
Signing table
A low arrangement or garland for the signing table — perfect for close-up photos.
Arch & altar ideas
Asymmetric corners
Lush flowers on one upper corner and the opposite base. Elegant, modern and budget-friendly.
Full floral arch
Flowers and greenery covering the whole frame for a show-stopping backdrop.
Grounded arrangements
Large floor arrangements at the base of the arch or either side of the altar — no structure needed.
Greenery & trailing vines
Eucalyptus, ivy or smilax draped down the uprights with a few blooms for colour.
Boho & dried
Pampas grass, dried palms and textured blooms for a relaxed, desert-inspired look.
Altar urns
A matching pair of tall urn arrangements — ideal for churches and indoor ceremonies.
Use your flowers twice
Ceremony flowers are often only seen for half an hour. Plan portable designs and move them to your reception during cocktail hour.

Planning tips
Outdoor ceremonies: Choose hardy flowers and secure arrangements well — sun, heat and wind are tough on delicate blooms. We'll suggest flowers that last.
Check venue rules: Some venues limit loose petals, open flames, nails or tape. Confirm what's allowed before you plan aisle and arch décor.
Think about photos: Your arch or altar is in almost every ceremony photo. Put most of your ceremony budget here.
Measure your arch: Send us the width, height and a photo of your arch so we can design the right amount of flowers.

Ceremony flower FAQ
Can ceremony flowers be reused at the reception?
Yes, and it's one of the best ways to stretch your budget. Arch florals can frame your sweetheart table, aisle arrangements can become centrepieces and altar pieces can move to the entrance or bar. Let us know early so we design them to be portable.
Who moves the flowers between the ceremony and reception?
Ask a coordinator or a trusted friend to handle it during cocktail hour. If you'd like us to look after setup, ask about on-site delivery and setup when you request your quote.
Do you install flowers on arches?
Yes. We can design flowers for your venue's arch or a rental arch. Tell us the arch size and shape, and send a photo if you can, and we'll quote the design.
Which flowers hold up best outdoors?
Sturdy blooms like roses, spray roses, carnations, chrysanthemums and hardy greenery like eucalyptus handle sun and wind better than delicate flowers like hydrangea or sweet peas.
