Refund policy

Refund or Replacement
We guarantee our flower bouquets & arrangements to last a minimum of 5 days after purchase or delivery. If your flowers did not last 5 days, you are eligible for either a replacement of flowers or a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, your flowers or plants must be under reasonable care during your time of possession. Fresh Blooms may decline your refund or replacement request if there are signs of inappropriate care.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Gift Baskets, Balloons & Gift Cards.

Late Refunds Claims(if applicable)
Refund or replacement must be claimed within 7 days after purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any late refund or replacement requests. Tips to ensure longer lifespan on flowers, plants & orchids will be happily given if asked.
