Amaryllis
Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) is a show-stopping winter flower with huge, trumpet-shaped blooms on tall, hollow stems. The flowers open like trumpets, 3-5 inches across, in groups of 2-5 at stem ends. A single stem makes a striking statement in a tall vase, and amaryllis is a holiday favourite for Christmas centrepieces, events and modern designs. Vase life is 7 to 14 days. To support the heavy blooms, insert a stake into the hollow stem.
Flowers are seasonal and availability varies, so some substitutions may be needed, especially for same-day orders. Our florists will always match the look and feel of the arrangement you chose. For the closest match, we recommend ordering in advance so we can bring in the exact flowers. Either way, it will be beautiful!
