Magnolia tips are the leafy branch ends of the Southern magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora). They’re a florist favourite for their two-tone look: the upper surface of Magnolia leaves is a deep, glossy green, while the underside is rusty-brown with a slight fuzziness. The bold, waxy leaves add texture to wreaths, garlands, table runners, and fall and holiday arrangements. They last well too, with a leaf vase life of 10 to 21 days, and the leaves can also be left to dry.
