Green Mist (Ammi visnaga), also known as bishop’s weed or false Queen Anne’s lace, has rounded, lacy clusters of tiny greenish-white flowers above soft, feathery foliage. Its a wonderful textural filler and transitional flower in floral design, and notes that its fresh green color blends easily with both soft pastels and stronger hues. It suits wedding bouquets, garden-style arrangements and centrepieces. Wear gloves when processing it, because the sap may irritate sensitive skin.
