Delivery Satisfaction Guaranteed
All of our flower bouquets and arrangements are personally hand-delivered by our courtesies driver, and we make every effort to make sure your order arrive safely & on time. In most cases, we will call the recipient prior to delivery to ensure the recipient is home, or at the delivery address provided by the sender. Please make sure you provide the correct telephone number of the recipient when ordering. Upon successful delivery, the sender will receive a delivery confirmation notice through email at the end of the day. Unlike others, we will NEVER leave the flowers in recipient's porch, garage, or entrance unless otherwise specified by the sender or the recipient.

Same Day Delivery
We guarantee same day delivery if you placed your order before 11AM, Monday through Saturday. If your order arrived after the cut-off time, we would still try our very best to accommodate your same day request. However, your order may be rescheduled for delivery on the next available date. Of course, you will be contacted first before we reschedule any deliveries. Please note that although we make every effort to deliver your order between our regular delivery hours 9am-5pm, late orders may need to be delivered after business hours up until 8pm.
If you would like your order to be a surprise, you may choose this option during checkout. Please ensure the recipient will be home on the intended date of delivery. You may enter a time frame when she/he will most likely to be at the delivery address and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. However,if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, you have given our driver permission to leave the flowers by the door. Fresh Blooms will not be responsible for anything that may or may not happen to your delivery as a result.
Specific Time Delivery Request
You may request a specific delivery time frame in the special instruction box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please note that specific time delivery is not guaranteed and you will be contacted if we cannot meet you request. Our regular delivery times are 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday with same day delivery up to 8PM. $10 delivery surcharge may apply for any request that does not meet our regular delivery route schedule.
Availability for Sunday delivery varies with each area. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday, and if time permits we will deliver your order on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries. If both Saturday or Sunday are not available, then the order will be delivered on the following Monday. You will be contacted first before we rescheduling any deliveries.
Christmas Holiday Delivery
We guarantee your order will arrive before Dec 25th if you placed your order by Noon on Dec 22nd. Late orders will still be accepted after the cutoff time, but may by subjected to delivery date change. Any orders scheduled for delivery on Dec 23rd & 24th may be delivered prior to the specified date. For example, if you select Dec 24th as your delivery date, your order may arrive on the 23rd or even 22nd depending on the delivery area & recipient's schedule. We will always call one day ahead for any deliveries going to an apartment/condo complex & gated community to ensure successful delivery the following day.
Mother's Day Delivery
Mother's Day weekend is the busiest weekend of the entire year for florists. Due to extreme high volume of deliveries on both May 7th & May 8th, we DO NOT guarantee any time specific deliveries. Please ensure all information is correctly entered during online checkout and the recipient WILL BE at the delivery address. Our drivers will be grant the permission to leave the flowers by the door at a safe spot if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery.
Our delivery hours for May 9th will be from 8AM~6PM for residential addresses and from 8AM~5PM on May 10th. All business deliveries will normally be done by 3PM. Please place your order by May 6th to ensure delivery. Orders received after May 6th for deliveries on Sunday may be re-scheduled to Saturday to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
Valentine's Day Delivery
Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the entire year for florists. Due to extreme high volume of deliveries on Feb 14th, we DO NOT guarantee any time specific deliveries and we will NOT be able to call the recipient prior to delivery; therefore, please ensure all information is correctly entered during online checkout and the recipient WILL BE at the delivery address. Any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect information will be subject to an additional re-delivery fee of $25.
Our delivery hours for Feb 14th will be from 8AM~5PM for residential addresses. All business deliveries will normally be done by 3PM. Priority delivery for Feb 14th is available at an additional cost and guarantee your delivery will arrive by Noon, given your order was received by 3pm on Feb 12th.
Having your Valentine's Day flowers delivered/picked up on the 13th is becoming more popular as she will be getting her flowers before any of her friends or co-workers, especially when this year's Valentine falls after a long weekend. Place your order early to ensure your order will be delivered or picked up on time for the 13th.
Delivery During Major Holidays
During any major holidays, we recommend that you place your order at least 5 days in advance to ensure timely delivery, especially on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and during Christmas period.
Funeral Flowers Delivery
Funeral Flower orders have our highest priority. If your order arrived too late to make to the funeral service, we will give you a call so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home or the family instead. We normally would contact the funeral home to verify the time of the service and schedule your delivery time accordingly. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual service, we will deliver your order per the recipient's request or the funeral home instructions.
Delivery to a Business
For delivery going to a work place, we generally assume the recipient will be working on the intended delivery date; therefore, we will not call prior to delivery. However, we still do require a contact phone number during checkout, normally the business number or recipient's mobile number, in case the driver is unable to locate the business. Typically, business/work deliveries will be done by 3PM and may be left with reception at the front desk. If the recipient will be leaving work at an earlier time, please indicate your request in the special instructions field during checkout or contact us by phone to insure your delivery arrives on time.
Delivery to a School or University
For delivery going to a school, we will deliver your order by 2pm at the latest. All deliveries will be left at the administration office. Normally, the admin staff will broadcast the teacher or the student to pickup the arrangement. We are not allowed to enter the class room & interrupting the students.
Delivery to a Funeral Service or Celebration of Life
Funeral Flower orders have our highest priority. We will contact the funeral home to verify the time of the service and schedule your delivery accordingly. We recommend placing your order at least one week before the scheduled funeral service to insure enough time for us to order all flowers in your requested arrangement.
Delivery to a Hospital or a Care Home
For delivery going to a Hospital, we will call the hospital on your behalf to obtain the recipient's location. Please ensure the surname of the recipient is correctly filled out during checkout as the operator can only look up the patient by their surnames. Most hospitals do not accept any flower deliveries with a strong fragrance, such as lilies; therefore, any scented flowers within your arrangement will be substituted. Latex balloons are forbidden in the hospitals. Deliveries going to a care home or a hospice will be left with the the front desk or the nursing station.
Delivery going to a Restaurant reservation
We understand sometimes you may require a delivery during a specific time period for a reservation at a restaurant. We will always try our best to accommodate your request; however, we recommend calling us after placing your order online and confirming the details. In addition, even though our driver will relay your request to the restaurant staff, it is always a good idea to contact the restaurant directly for your special needs. Fresh Blooms will not be responsible for anything that may or may not happen to your flowers once the delivery is made to the restaurant.
Delivery within Canada and U.S.
We are a proud member of Teleflora. We offer extensive delivery services. Your order can be delivered in most major cities & urban areas within Canada and the U.S. by one of our trusted member florists.
Delivery to PO Boxes, Rural areas and Remote Locations
We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural areas and you will be contacted if the delivery service is unavailable. In some cases, delivery to such rural areas can be arranged for an additional fee; we will contact you if such a situation arises. Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, RR#'s or A.P.O's.
